Pushed 2 new skins + 2 color updates for existing skins on the Coal variant of the Coalveyor.

Moved the ACF Coalveyor decals away from the model by 0.25 inches, and updated some skins.

Added the 4240 CU ACF Coalveyor; a staple of... scrap service? Short-lived in it's original role of rotary dumper service, this 1979-1984 prototype went on to become an extremely common sight in scrap and trash service, as well as other roles. The steel construction of the car lent it more durability than the aluminum cars that came after it, and so despite being beaten, battered and crushed, many of these cars serve on today with extended bays and rebuilds. Consider this my greatest model yet; featuring for the first time widespread half and quarter scale detailing, 20+ skins, and extremely high-fidelity grabirons and brake equipment. Hope it was worth the wait, Cubic!
