Patch notes for v0.91

A new overhaul has been introduced, geared towards making the management of Germany's national unity level much more significant than it was before. Many focuses now have national unity prerequisites (they will also cancel if your unity decreases below the prerequisite point while doing the focus), though the most significant piece of this new unity prioritization is the new unrest event that will start to fire when national unity falls below 40%. The people's reaction is somewhat random, with a significant chance that nothing in particular will come of the recent unrest. There exists a chance that you will lose even 10% unity, a smaller chance that some industry will be sabotaged, and a very small chance that dissenters within the military will launch a coup de'tat against you, leading to armed conflict and a massive civil war within the Reich (almost instant death if you allow this to happen during the war).
I will modify/develop this in the future so that focuses such as 'The Gestapo' and 'Konto 5' will decrease chances/severity of the military civil wars.

The issue with the missing 'Rhineland Focus' requirement, necessary for some of the commonwealth trees to maintain ties with Britain has been resolved as the Hoare-Laval focus now has been given the Rhineland id.

Three new focuses were added: 'Capitalize on the Hoare-Laval Fiasco' was previously mentioned, it doesn't do much right now, though this will change in a future update. 'The Liberation of Serfs from Communism' under the Autarkic tree, which is mutually exclusive with 'Untermenschen'. 'A Distant Memory' has been added under the tree for establishing a new Deutschland: the focus 'The Greater German Reich', which removes 'economic effects of versailles' so that the player can stop losing so much national unity (Warning: this will probably be balanced further in the future).

Many focuses had their completion times re-balanced, including building the Autobahns, Danzig or War, etc.

Broken bypasses and requirements have been fixed. There was one in particular with 'War with Britain' and 'War with France' that has been fixed.

Germany now can refuse war against the US over Pearl Harbor, and also does not get the event if Germany has not invited Japan to sign the Tripartite Pact.

The Autarkic Focus tree has been re-arranged somewhat with 'Form the Axis' now requiring inviting either China or Japan to sign the Tripartite Pact and the Soviet Friendship branch being rearranged so players can now actually complete Danzig or War soon after signing the Molotov Ribbentrop Pact. You still can't do it quite as fast as the Germans did historically, though I wanted it to be more fair for potentially a human-led Poland.

Be sure to pay attention to patch notes for useful tips about any changes introduced in a new patch!

A useful tip for those who are just getting started is: if you haven't noticed, there is no focus for the Rhineland. That is because a Rhineland event will automatically fire in early March of 1936, as it did in real life. All the player has to do is to sit tight and the Rhineland will be re-militarized.
If you want a slightly better outcome, be sure to give Konstantin von Neurath a spot in Hiter's inner circle (cabinet position) and he will guide the Führer through the event.

Also, it might be of interest to know that many technologies have been unlocked for Germany (compared to Vanilla) at the start. Field Artillery 2 has been left 1 day away from completion upon the start of the game, as it (the leFH 18) was just being introduced into production at this time. It might be prudent to snatch an artillery designer before completing work on the new field piece, as opposed to completing research instantly upon the start of the game.
