* Fixed a bug where sometimes promoting faction heroes on the avenger deck would move the camera to a bad position.

Note: This does not fix a different original game bug that can also cause the camera to move to the wrong location, this bug can also be observed in Robojumpers Squadselect, the unmodded after action and the unmodded customization menu.

* Fixed the cost of class native powerfull abilities being set 25 instead of the normal AP cost. Sorry, I misunderstood how that worked.

Added a configuration option to display normally hidden rank perks.

Custom Classes
Will now try to assume a sensible default for your mod based on perkdata. You can still set it manually however in case it does not work like you need it to.
You can now enable Resistance Hero like AP spending behaviour for custom classes.

Added configuration options for Custom Classes:
* You can edit the amount of perks per rank. The logic that determines what perks are "free" on a new rank.
* You can create custom overrides of AP costs for specific abilities for a class.

Added a configuration option that lets you spend AP without building a Training Center.

Fixed a bug that caused the camera to slide to the right after picking a promotion on the deck of the Avenger.

Fixed a bug where your soldier was not visible when promoting on the avenger deck.

Fixed a bug where you could buy abilities with AP before building a Training Center.

Fixed a bug where you could loose the free ability from a rank by buying an XCom ability with points first. You are forced to pick one of your free abilities for a rank before being able to buy an XCom ability on that rank.

Fixed a bug where the tutorial promotion would break. Now no longer replaces the promotion screen for the tutorial.
Fixed a bug where Psi troopers would be able to buy abilities for free. Now no longer replaces the Psi Promotion screen.
Did not fix that SPARKs can buy extra abilities with XCom points, seems fine to me.
