- Added more realistic heat detail to blade

- Added blue color to the handle on the emissive map

- Changed handle to a lighter blue shade to represent Frost GW

- Made blade completely red to represent heat and Flame GW

I just noticed a flaw in the texture so might go back later to patch it up.

Hoping to add some sort of bubble particle effect for it so it looks like the water is boiling around it. Also wish to add a spark particle effect for when you strike anything with it. Not really changes but here's hoping i get it done.
