Fixed a minor issue with Woodhearth displaying the wrong name due to wrongly entered data - I chose to read through the whole code instead of starting a new game; it was quicker -, and solved a minor issue with a mistyped city state type for Arenthia. Both City States should now display properly too, like the other two.
Also solved Vulkhel Guard displaying as TXT_KEY_CITY_STATE_VUKHEL_GUARD - unfortunate typos are unfortunate, really.

...and that should be all of the fixes required; all redone and uploaded now that I realised I never actually uploaded the fixes. Imagine if I had this many errors on even the simpler things in the mod I actually want to work on?

I hadn't realised I didn't upload the fixed colours for Gilane and Evermor. Both of their colours were originally implemented poorly and I had fixed them on my laptop, but when I then got a computer I discovered they were still broken with the base mod and so both Civilizations were buggy in-game.
Fixed~.
There's also a city state who's name doesn't seem to register but I'll get to that next when I see the city state again. I've been running all-AI campaigns and saw it before going to bed, and it was dead by the time I woke up... and I'd forgotten name. Ouch.

6 City States have been added:

For Morrowind:
-Blacklight

For High Rock:
-Northpoint
-Shornhelm

And for the Summerset Isles:
-Firsthold
-Sunhold
-Vulkhel Guard

It should be completely compatible with games already in progress, but I don't really know how the game handles that; all it does is add new possible city state types so fingers crossed? ..I've seen games fail to cope with that little and this is my first test for CiVilization, so..
