Fixed issue with balanced kibbler being unable to craft kibble.

Fix for kibble not being queue crafted. Sorry folks!

Revised Kibble to the homestead update. Balanced now uses 1-6 dino eggs, depending on the tier of kibble. Easy still uses 20 ingots.

Added kibble for Aberration.
Extended inventory slots.

Added locking and pin coding to the Kibbler
Removed the second Argentavis kibble, which was actually JugBug kibble, which doesn't actually exist but was in the dev kit and tricked me! :)

Removed vanilla changes and added 2 engrams for custom Mortars, to allow for server admins to have better options.
Added crafting speed multi. 1.0 = normal cook time, 20.0 resulted in allo kibble about 1-2 seconds. on a level 1 character.

Updated produced items to be the vanilla items, which means they will now work with stack mods, and not be unique to this mod.

Moved recipes to vanilla mortar and pestle to resolve dedicated server issues with using the smithy for these recipes.

This is a first draft. All stack sizes were doubled, except for Wyvern milk and veggie cakes, which were x10. Cost is 50 ingots per, except for Wyvern milk, which is 250.
