Hotfix
Tweaked the acceleration settings to be more fair for low and high acceleration ships.

Version 1.07
Global stats rebalance for all F7200 ships.
- Top speed settings are now based on BNG's ships.
- Acceleration settings has been tweaked to be closer to BNG ships settings. In addition to this, the acceleration stats now affects how fast the engine can reach its full throttle.
- Handling settings has been sightly tweaked.

- Updated to the new custom ship format.

IMPORTANT
The model doesn't have animated air brakes at the moment. It will be added later when I do the texture and model update for this ship (like it was done for Feisar or AG-Systems for example).
