Updated the Hero's Dualies colorable textures to be lit at all times just like in Splatoon 2

This update brings in the missing Heros Texture that was not present in the release of this model nor V2, and also the Enperry version of the dualies now shine just like in Splatoon 2.

New texture done correctly, seperated parts by color, added shine to the model, and got the normal map working.
