Added to France Spawns
General balance tweaks relating to the sawed off variants
Buffs to bolt action sportshot because it was generally useless
Undid the changes I dd before relating to volley variants. However, those variants do accept tacticals now!

Fixed slightly too low double-barreled and quad firerate. (Free repairs and ammo on craft, but oh well)

Fixed magazine placement as Nelson did
Fixed rechambered sawn offs sending scopes through your face

Fixed some internal issues and made the crafting for sportshot belts only show when a belt accepting sportshot is in inventory.

Reduced spawn rate of Tactical and Coroner

Fixed Coroner being unsalvageable
Fixed Sportshot Mk.2 not being able to be converted to full-auto
Fixed metalic lighting on all guns to match vanilla.

Removed cocking sound from Gattling. (Not my day, isn't it?)

Fixed Tactical Sportshot name again because I'm fucking stupid and uploaded the wrong English.dat
