removed temp recipes to craft conscripts using skulls

fixed the name issue for the potted plants

made all potted plants able to be picked up

added the Conscripts to the stations and they disappear when you send them for resources

due to revamping the conscript posts i have made teh posts able to be picked up. i will remove this the next time i update

Removed all recipes where conscripts could bring you plants.

Addition of Horticulture!
There are two new feats Horticulture
Horticulture Desert available at level 15 cost 3 points and teaches you how to transplant/grow desert plants
Horticulture Highlands available at level 30 cost 6 points and teaches you how to transplant/grow highland plants

Adds recipes for the new resources of the Frozen North
Recipes take longer to craft now due to the larger map (conscripts have further to hike!)
Adjusted the resources returned to be more in line with current harvest rates
Added Hunt Large Scorpions for Ichor recipe to Stalkers post

You will need to use a Yellow Lotus Potion for the new recipes to show up.

update to Hotfix 17.08.2017... today's hotfix may not like the mod though i will update as soon as i get the next devkit.

Fixed the Task masters. They should now work properly in the stations (they even work properly in your wheels of pain)
Conscription feat now available at level 12
Iron Weapon/Tool Kit feat now available at level 12
Added Light Armor Kit feat available at level 12
Renamed Conscripts to Wardens
Added new conscripts: Reapers and Stalkers
Renamed the Conscript?s post to the Warden?s Post
