Published PlayX v2.9.0: replaced old vimeo implementation by a new one, now using convar playx_vimeo_host_url to be able to change the host page by admins "server-side", And using https to be more secure, volume, play and pause are supported.

Published PlayX v2.8.32: Removed static strings from http://ziondevelopers.github.io/ and replaced with https version, added convars to replace every host that uses our github web page to be easily replaced by running convars:

renamed server-side playx_youtubehost_url to playx_youtube_host_url, added server-side playx_twitch_host_url, added client-side playx_soundcloud_host_url
so admins can change every page hosted on our github to any one they want.

And made it https to be more secure.
