fx2 means fix 2

The map got a number of small fixes and improvements

-Fixed leaks (sorry it took me so many years to do it)

-Teleporters are partially reworked, now there's always a 4-second cooldown, the whole sequence is automated.
This means you can easily teleport yourself from the Kleiner's lab alone

-Player spawn points increased from 6 to 16

-Certain lights got reworked

-Added an area with maintenance ladder for extra connection between floors

-Minor but numerous optimization tweaks
