Low Resolution Units

Reduces the resolution all units' file sizes in an attempt to reduce lag caused from a high number of units. It should increase performance especially during the late game. Use this if your game lags even when running in DirectX 9 and setting all options to Low.

-All this does is replace unit art files with low resolution copies. It should be compatible with any version of the game and any DLC.
