My method is very long, take 3+ hours, but it's worthy to do it, i've passed this level. So, what to do?

1. Save after each day.

2. First, you have to shorten your day as much as possible. After leaving the conference room, turn left, and enter the last room to find your bed, and sleep. You will save 4 minutes if you are in luck. If you get alarm, restart the game from the last save. Takes 15 seconds to reach bed again.
Additionally you can try to reach your destination on foot under 4 minutes (if that is close enough). I was able to do it 2 times

3. Go to the garage, open up the side slot of Florian 7, and grab the fire hose.

4. Appearently, Florian 7 vehicle is totally out of service, because of a bug. Wheels are high, making it immobile. So can you use it at all? Nope. You have to work without it. What the hell?! Because you cannot use Florian 7, you have to use another vehicle, a car to transport you to the action! How?!
Use Florian 1, 2, or 3! Jump on the roof, before dispatching. Stay on the car until it reaches destination! I'd suggest Florian 2, because it takes part in every mission.



5. Check the tasks! This part is a bit problmatic. Florian 7 missions randomly contains rescue task that you cannot complete without the ladder. If the task window mentioning rescue from roof, close the window (or text box), and restart the day.

6. Use the super endless fire hose that you took from Florian 7! It takes no water to operate, it is like a magical tool!
Most of the fires can be extinguished from the floor, aiming the building walls. It is sometimes easy, sometimes it is hard. The big amount of steam is a sign that the water is went on the best place.
If you forgot to take the hose from Florian 7, you can also use one of your teammate's vehicles to take a hose from them, thanks to the updated vehicles. However, their water supplies are limited.



7. Now, after the job is done, DO NOT CLOSE THE TEXT BOX!
The time will not stop! If you keep open the current mission ticket until 8:00 you will not get another mission!
But it means you have to wait for the day to end. This is the boring part. In the meanwhile, you can watch videos, browsing the net or something.
Additionally, if you are close enough to the base, you can go back on foot, and go on another mission. Note that there is a chance to spoil up your gained pts, if you get rescue task at the second mission. I tried once, and i got no luck, but the decision is yours. Double, or nothing.



As you see, this method takes additional hours to the gameplay. 24 hours=24 minutes. 4 hours can be saved by sleeping, lets count another 4 for mission. You still have to wait 16 minutes per mission. One roof fire mission worth 250 pts, means you have to complete 10 days, to rake up the 2500 pts.
You see, we used no cheats, we just took advantages of the game elements, like the neverending fire hose.



Florian 8 will be functioning well.
