Ahh. If you go to the guides for the wallpaper engine software, there are different guides for each type of wallpaper. This is the one I use, for making them from gifs, but you can also use video and other files. http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=805078680

I don't even know how to create a wallpaper in wallpaper engine. I've wanted to make one of Naruto vs Pain or Something !

I use screen to gif to make gifs and then I use wallpaper engine to create the wallpapers. It is a work in progress. :)
