Early Game
During the early game you will make a lot of mistakes but I have early game tips to help!

tip 1: vendors are overpriced; dont buy stuff from them
tip 2:vendors are bad, but next to your house is a cheap virtual vending machine
tip 3: Gender is costly, no one knows how it works, its your decision if you want to gender shift, I Recomend not gender shifting though.
tip 4: SAVE THE MEGA BATERIES! they are very usefull end game
tip 5: There are no adventures, spellswatches are useless, the only adventure related thing that can be used is the eye of Beb.
tip 6: you can sell things but in my experience it doesnt make much more money
tip 7: you NEED luck to succeed, put the gods' models at their shrine, or just pray, the important thing is that you get lucky.


Thats all the early game tips I have, mid-game is around when you have 4-8 of the fetishes for the gods.
Mid-Game
Mid game is Grind, Grind, Grind. there arent many tips I could give you, these are mostly about maximizing MC. tips:

1. there are cursed items, these are spooky items like effigys, or Photos linked to conspiracies.
2. Please stop gendershifting, I got the best "sober" results from Spikey skin.
3. dont interact with redscarves, if you do, press "Esc"
4. Keep with it! I know its hard but, its worth it.
5. this game is buggy, If you got glitched post it on the steam discussions, ocassionaly SundaeMonth will reply and fix it in the next update.
6. weapons are the only thing you should take time to sell

thats all the tips I can conjure up for right now, but you must stick with it!

End-Game
Congrats! you now have all of the things to make the skull tablet!(if you dont, go into the sewer dungeon and look for it)Now If you followed my advice you'll be looking for expensive stuff.
If you followed my early game advice, you should have enough mega baterries to hire the robot in the red district. if you dont, you're either going to have to save up 650 MC or use lottoshrines to get a mythical spellswatch.
after that you should head to the mercenary of your choosing and give it to them.
the rest you should know how to do.

Thanks for this guide, I will point out some things I have found.

1. Gendershifting seems to have no purpose in game then to make to the screen look normal, and to allow you to see how hungry you are. (I'm not a fan of this game mechanic)
2. Don't neglect the lottoshrines they cost nothing to use and sometimes you get something useful from them.
3. There is an alien that takes containers for some reward.
4. There is another alien that takes soil for an achievement.
5. Selling items isn't always a waste of time, you just need to be smart about what to sell and how many you sell at once.
6. You have a limited number of incinerations.
7. Sometimes your character will start vomiting, you have either eaten something that is bad for you, or eaten to much food. It doesn't seem to do much bad except slow you down and leave vomit everywhere.

8. When you decide to visit the dungeon buy the eye and walk to an entrance then eat the eye. I have found sometimes your view will change and it's hard to do stuff.
9. Some of the fetishes will appear on the ground depending on the day and if there is a celebration. Otherwise you may find them at shops.
10. Putting items in your chest in your room will go on display, which I think is fun.

Finally the question asked about cursed items. Don't take them or pick them up. You can just press the ESC key when you don't want an item.
