You're trying to find that cheater on your team but he keeps changing his name, but he can't change his picture and all of his name changes can be seen if you hold the scoreboard open.

Once you've pinpointed that ♥♥♥♥♥♥ be sure to open his steam community profile, copy the url at the top and paste it at this website here.[steamid.xyz] Be sure to keep that open in a seprate tab because you'll need it later.

Open up the console and simply type the word status and hit enter.

This will show you everyone in the game it can be a bit hard to track down that cheater but first look for two people with the same name, and then check out that tab I had you keep open earlier. You may only need to remember the last four digits of the steam ID to get who you're looking for.

Once you've match the cheater's Steam ID with the one from the console look at the three digit number to the left of the steam ID. Now you will need to remember those as you type in...
