Player 1 - Kingdom of Wessex - Britons
Player 2 - Kingdom of Northumbria - Britons
Player 3 - Kingdom of Powys - Celts
Player 4 - Kingdom of Cornwall - Britons
Player 5 - Great Heathen Army - Vikings
Player 6 - Kingdom of East Anglia - Britons
Player 7 - Pictland - Celts
Player 8 - Kingdom of Mercia - Britons


Victory:

Vikings (P5):

- To win must destroy and build a castle in Bamburgh (Northumbria), and Warwick (Mercia) and hold their own castle in Dyflinn (Ireland).

Britons (P1, P2, P4, P6 and P8):

- To win hold all starting English Castles, defeat the Vikings player destroying their Town Center in Jorvik and defeat Powys destroying their Town Center. **To win only P1, P2 and P8 can replace the castles if they are destroyed**

Celts (P3 and P7):

- To win must keep control the castle in Scone (Pictland) and control the castle of Bamburgh (Northumbria) and the castle in Dyflinn (Ireland) -One of the celts players or both-. The castle of Scone must be controlled always by Player 7 (Pictland).

IMPORTANT:

- P3, P4 and P6 can become Vikings Puppets if vikings destroy their main Town Center (in the torchs) and they build a Castle there. If vikings lose the Castle the Kingdom will be free again.
- Vikings must hold the base at England (Jorvik) for getting more reinforcements from Scandinavia.
