Part 1: The Realization of Organized Counselors
So you are starting the game, doing whatever such you desire to kill Counselors and before you know it you hear someone on a mic that goes along the lines of speaking to someone or specifically about killing you; do not fret as these are the things you'll want to know when hearing such hideous words.

Are these words I'm hearing true?
When playing as Jason, you know that there is an invisable ring around you that causes tension and terrible music presented to the Counselor. This will cause many things but what you want to know in this very situation is crucial for the entire game. Is he/she telling a lie? The majority of the time it will be truthful. As many who face Jason and are cornered, will attempt to lash out at any means neccessary at living longer or just surviving. In this very moment you must kill or injure the person, majority of the time you will have to kill them as it removes one pawn off the chess board.

Part 2: Analyzing your surroundings.
So in the last part, you have killed or injured the counselor. Now it is time for you to look around and see if noise is grouped together, this will give you a sense of remorse during this time.

What do I do if they are now able bodied and grouped?
There are two crucial choices you have, and either like any will determine the end game.

Choice 1: Attacking them head on.
If it is still early in the game and they have got your mums sweater, then you have the every advantage of destroying the group before more and more start to band together, this corrosponds with a later part, part 3. involving you being most combat prepared against many counselors.

Choice 2: Taking out the weak/Taking out the ones alone.
If it is later in the game, and people are still alone then it is wise to take on the one counselor rather than many. Though this state revolves on the fact if the group is working on an objective at the same time preparing to do the steps at which your demise, if so then you need to attack them so that you could have a higher chance of getting an 8/8 which goes along the lines of this. One person to soley leave is unmethodical as it forces a chance of them being Tommy Jarvis, and if they are so good at leaving you don't know if they are good at practically destroying Jason so if it is a plan that they all know they shouldn't leave and only be preparing a leave if the attempt fails making you not having to worry much about the one person.
Part 3: Confronting the challenging few.
So here it is, the end game; you were preparing for this.

What is my main goal in these fights?
Your main goal in this fight is to kill the woman wielding the sweater or the infamous Tommy Jarvis. There is no way in hell that these chumps will take off your mask, if your mask is gone you're as good as dead and only which to pray that they fail at smacking you down to your knees.
You must now study the art of combat stance.
Combat stance is what makes Jason able to fend off attacks from counselors, and to stop these attacks all you have to do is block block and block, though if you're a Jason has the Weakness of lesser Defense then good look because you have the chance of still getting hurt more. You want to keep exchanging hits and destroying weapons to the point where they have nothing left all in the while of stopping them taking off your mask.

The combat stance rules:
"C" puts you into combat stance.
You must block attacks first before countering. (M2 then M1)
You must block attacks in general.
You will keep your eyes on Tommy Jarvis or/and the sweater girl.
You NEED to kill either of them to basically destroy the attempt.

And if you have done so, then congradulations because now they are fleeing in fear only for you to shift + grab into victory in the while of stopping escape vehicles.

Part 4: Conclusion
I made this guide on the fact that the new meta that is soon to be seen most likely in F13 is killing Jason, and I want to contribute to the practice one must learn with Jason to combat against such attempts in the while of learning in my own.

I have really put so-so effort into this, and will probably update this sooner or later if I feel as if I got killed which I have never been yet. Better not jinx it!

Anyway, hope you found this guide useful to your endeavours, and may you find more ways to slaughter the little counselors there are.

It's only easy to kill Jason if you're BAD!
You already got a buff that makes you immune to being stunned at the halfway mark.
If that isn't enough then I don't know what to tell you buddy.

@Niv3s
This isn't exactly a shift guide, this is just to make reference of so that you can stop kill attempts.

@Permalce
As of now, I don't believe you should even want to try stunning Jason outside since it'll be seen easily especially for an experience Jason; if you do you should run by a tree or rock and try to surprise them.

You're missing one of the best things you can do as Jason, which is what i like to call the
"sneaky shift"

Walk towards a counselor while watching a different one with the camera (behind you, on an objective). Shift as if you are heading for the one in front of you, then skip back around and grab the other one watching from a distance, experiences players will try to dodge your shift but if you can make use of rocks/cabins/trees to obscure their vision of you, it is still easily possible to catch anyone with their pants down. Some people use morph to get out of buildings quickly, instead make a mental note of how you got inside the house and shift with confidence that you will not find a closed door!

@shift + grab
Well, lets say I'm Tiffany or Jenny for instance. Jason, especially if it is an experienced Jason player, can easily use his teleport/shift ability to grab them. Even if they attempt to stun Jason, typically they might be able to at least minorlly stun him. But because he can simply block, or because he can interrupt the counselors attack animation, this makes him OP. He shouldn't be able to interrupt them, though he SHOULD be able to move out of their range.

@Permalce
I actually forget to mention, you can still damage Jason with a heavy attack even if he's blocking, I can't tell if it's regular heavy attack damage, but the damage is still there.
