A billionaire playboy industrialist genius inventor, Tony Stark, is conducting weapons tests overseas, but terrorists kidnap him to force him to build a devastating weapon. Instead, he builds an armored suit and upends his captors. Returning to America, Stark refines the suit and uses it to combat crime and terrorism. He then calls himself; Iron Man. Iron Man became the leader of the Avengers along with Captain America. Later on when the Avengers disassembled, he then joined a S.H.I.E.L.D. team Director Fury made he calls, the Marvel Men.
