Chapter 1: Arms Up
"You wanna make real money? Dirty little secret for you, it's in arms."

In this chapter, I will explain to you how to start your own Gunrunning Business. But first, what is it like?

First things first. You need to be a CEO/Biker in order to be able to start the business!

Bunkers

The Gunrunning Business is basically the CEO and Biker Business, but mixed together.
First, head to the Maze Bank Foreclosures website to buy yourself a bunker. There are 11 bunkers in total for you to choose, but you can only buy one.

(Unfortunately, I could not provide pictures for these bunkers, the photos were too small)

Paleto Forest Bunker
Price: $1,165,000
Remarks: The cheapest bunker available, buy this if you just want a bunker to start earning money. Also located near the Sheriff's office which always has helicopter spawns.

Raton Canyon Bunker
Price: $1,450,000

Lago Zancudo Bunker
Price: $1,550,000

Chumash Bunker
Price: $1,650,000

Grapeseed Bunker
Price: $1,750,000
Remarks: Located west of Mckenzie Airfield, this is a bunker you can buy if you want access to air transportation

Route 68 Bunker
Price: $1,950,000
Remarks: Buy this bunker if you want to have a bunker near a 6 vehicle garage to keep your new Gunrunning vehicles (More on that later)

Grand Senora Oilfields Bunker
Price: $2,035,000

Grand Senora Desert Bunker
Price: $2,120,000
Remarks: West of the Sandy Shores Airfield, this is a strategic location to buy a bunker as it is close to the airfield, similar to the Grapeseed Bunker, but you have more chances of an air vehicle spawning.

Smoke Tree Road Bunker
Price: $2,205,000

Thomson Scrapyard Bunker
Price: $2,290,000

Farmhouse Bunker
Price; $2,375,000
Remarks: The Bunker closest to both the county and the city, this is also the most expensive bunker available. Buy this only when you have the money to spare and want to have quick access to both the county and the city.

Check out the GTA Wikia page to find out more info about the bunkers and their location:
http://gta.wikia.com/wiki/Bunkers

Bunker Customization
Like the MC Clubhosue and the CEO Office, the Gunrunnign Bunker has its own customization options.

Bunker Style:
Option 1: N/A
Option 2: $215,000
Option 3: $290,000
Remarks: Only upgrade your bunker style if you have the money to spare and want to make your poor friends even more sad by showing it off.

Personal Quarters:
Price: $265,000
Remarks: Completely optional, only buy this when you have the money to spare.

Shooting Range
Black: $740,000
White: $845,000
Remarks: Also completely optional, get this if you want to get ammo drops in your bunker. If you plan to buy this, go for the white as it makes it easier to see the targets when doing the range challenges.

Gun Locker:
Price: $175,000
Remarks: Absolutely optional, but recommended. This allows you to change your weapon loadout, remove unwanted weapons, etc. DO get this as it is beneficial in firefights or Freeroam PVP.

Transportation:
Caddy 1: $85,000
Caddy 2: $120,000
Remarks: Two variants of the Caddy, only choose one of them if you have the money to spare. You can bring a personal vehicle into the bunker (preferably a bike) so you can traverse around the bunker without the Caddy. Buy this if you want to taunt your financially broke friends.

Bunker details
So, you bought your own bunker? Good, good.

Within the bunker is a laptop which provides access to Disruption Logistics which is used to run the gunrunning business operations. You can only use this computer in public lobbies, exactly like the other businesses.

A Vehicle Workshop and mechanic are automatically provided and become operational upon purchase of a Mobile Operations Center, which can be stored inside the bunker.

Completing shooting challenges in the shooting range will reward the player with free weapons spawning in an alcove:

Initial reward: Molotov Cocktail
Tier 1: Grenades
Tier 2: Grenade Launcher
Tier 3: RPG

Completing all shooting range challenges with 3 stars will allow you to carry 5 more of every explosives type, e.g. 30 grenades, 10 proximity mines, 30 sticky bombs etc.
Thanks to George West for giving me this info AND this image!

P.S Image is taken from someone from Reddit. If you are the screenshot taker and want credit, please, ask and you shall receive!

Upon buying the bunker, Agent 14 (my man) will call you, informing you that you can visit your bunker. Once you reach the bunker, a cutscene will be played, explaining to you how the bunker works.

Here is the cutscene, recorded and uploaded by yours truly:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ma3HyFJ_DIw&t=172s
P.S There's an Austin Powers Reference!

After that, you are free to do whatever you want. On to getting the supply!
Chapter 2: Stock Up
Welcome to Chapter 2, assuming you have read the first chapter. This chapter will talk about how to "make real money".

Disruption Logistics
Head to the computer in your bunker, and you will see Disruption Logistics loaded up.

The main page displays the following info:

Business status (Active/Suspended/Shut Down).
Progress bars of: Stock Level, Research Progress and Supplies Level.
Total Earnings.
Total Sales.
Stats regarding the resupply success rate, sell success in both Los Santos and Blaine County, units manufactured and completed research Projects.

Now if you have not set up the business, you will have to do a setup mission, exactly like the Biker MC Business. Every setup mission will be the same; Head to an ammunition store, collect the Ratloader with the supplies, bring it back to your bunker.

Upgrades
Like the Bikers MC Business, it also has upgrades.

Equipment Upgrade
Price: $1,155,000
Remarks: Definitely get this, nuff' said.

Staff Upgrade
Price: $598,500
Remarks: I don't even have to say anything, get it.

Security Upgrade
Price; $351,000
Remarks: Definitely get this when you have the money. But attacks on your bunker are extremely rare (almost 4 in-game days) even without this upgrade.

Supplies
Now, you have to choose between assigining your staff to start manufacturing existing weapon designs (Product, in case you don't understand), researching 'new' upgrades for your weapons and vehicles (Research, basically), or both options can be chosen.

All 3 options use up supplies.

Research
Research, as explained, uses up supplies, but allows you to unlock upgrades for your new weapons and vehicles.

Credits to GTA Series Video: https://www.youtube.com/user/GTASeriesVideos
P.S You'll see me giving credits to them for almost every picture.

The research bar fills up twice as fast as the Product bar. All research projects are random, so not everyone has the same projects. You can fast-track a project by spending $225,000. This means you can finish the project faster, without waiting for hours.

There are 45 projects (A HUGE PAIN) for you to research.

And hell no, I'm not typing that ♥♥♥♥ out manually.
GTA Wikia: http://gta.wikia.com/wiki/Disruption_Logistics
(Have fun reading)

Resupply

This is where the fun begins.

Like the Bikers, you can choose to steal supplies, or buy supplies ($45,000 for a full bar, if I'm correct).

Stealing supplies will definitely increase your profit, and also lets you spend mre time waiting for the product.

Resupply missions:
-Heading to Humane Labs to steal the railgun (I'm not kidding)
-Eliminating other gunrunners before Agent 14 gives you the location of his supplies
*More to come*

Stock
(I could not upload pictures of the graph, damn you Steam and your 2MB limitation!)

THE TIME REQUIRED TO PRODUCE FULL STOCK

Without upgrades: It will take 33 Hours, 22 Mins Real time with 50% staff, 16 Hours, 40 Mins with 100% staff

With Staff upgrade OR Equipment upgrade: 28 Hrs 20 mins for 50% staff, 14 Hrs 10 mins with 100% staff

With Staff upgrade AND Equipment upgrade: 23 Hrs 20 mins for 50% staff, 11 Hrs 40 mins with 100% staff

Alright, now that's it for Chapter 2.

Chapter 3: Arms Out
Welcome to chapter 3. In this chapter, I'll be explaining the new vehicles, weapons, and how to sell your product.

Selling your product

Time to sell your product? Remember, you don't need to wait for the product bar to fill up to the brim, you can sell at ANYTIME.

Credits: https://www.youtube.com/user/GTASeriesVideos

Credits: https://www.youtube.com/user/GTASeriesVideos

Credits: https://www.youtube.com/user/GTASeriesVideos

Yes, it is a lot to process.

But how much do you actually make, from buying the bunker to selling the product?

Cost of Bunker: $4,035,000
Cost of all upgrades: $2,104,500
Bills and Wages (102 times): $958,800
Total Debt: -$7,098,300
Total Sell: +$7,350,000
Profit: $251,000

-New camos and paintjobs.

Ballistic Equipment - $500,000 (Basically the heavy armor, like the one used in the mission The Paleto Score from Grand Theft Auto V and in the Juggernaut Adversary Mode)

Vehicles
The vehicles are similar to the ones released in the Import/Export DLC, only difference is...

They're personal vehicles!

The Dune FAV (Fast Assault Vehicle):
Your dune buggy, but now comes with a machine gun as the default weapon, and additional aesthetic upgrades.
Price:$1,130,500
Price:$850,000 (Trade price)
Can be found in Warstock Cache and Carry

The Half Track (Military variant of the Ratloader)
A militaristic variant of the Ratloader, this truck packs a punch, but has poor handling. Flak Cannons can be installed on the vehicle after researching the project.
Price:$2,254,350
Price:$1,695,000 (Trade price)
Can be found in Warstock Cache and Carry

The Weaponized Tampa (Name says exactly what it is)
The Weaponized Tampa is faster than the original Tampa and includes a mingun on the roof as a default weapon. Controllable miniguns, proxy mines, rear motars, rocket launchers can be installed after researching their respective projects. This is one vehicle you do not want to miss.
Price:$2,108,050
Price:$1,585,000 (Trade price)
Can be found in Warstock Cache and Carry

The APC (Previously in The Ballad of gay Tony)
A fast Armored Personel Carrier with a cannon on the roof as a default weapon. A SAM System can installed after researching the project. Also able to tow the Anti-Aircraft Trailer. It can take up 8 explosions before being destroyed.
Price:$3,092,250
Price:$2,325,000 (Trade price)
Can be found in Warstock Cache and Carry

The Opressor (The Rocket Bike)
A flying bike, I kid you not. This thing is actually fun to traverse around in. Machine guns are its default weapon. Rockets can be installed after researching.
Price:$3,524,500
Price:$2,650,000 (Trade price)
Can be found in Warstock Cache and Carry

The Anti-Aircraft Trailer (Not drivable, but gunner-able)
This baby can be hooked up by the Bobcat XL, Bison, Sadler, NightShark(Currently Unreleased), Half-Track, APC and can be used to take down aircrafts. A SAM System can be installed on it after researching it.
Price: $1,862,000
Price:$1,400,000 (Trade price)
Can be found in Warstock Cache and Carry

The Mobile Operations Center
Can be found in Warstock Cache and Carry, buying this allows you to have a trailer that is customizable. This also allows you to do the Special Vehicle Missions (like Import/Export).
You can choose between the Phantom ($1,225,000) or Hauler ($1,400,000) as the Cab.

Bay 1:
Living Quarters: N/A
Command Center: $320,000
Remarks: The Command Center would be the best choice, the Living Quarters is useless, unless you're going for a luxurious style for your MOC.

Bay 2:
Living Quarters: $145,000
Weapon Workshop: $245,000 (includes gunlocker and Ammu-Nation functions.)
Weapon & Vehicle Workshop*: $955,000 (This takes up two bays, selecting this will not allow you to choose what you want for the third bay.)
Remarks: The Weapon and Vehicle Workshop is the way to go. This allows you to customize on the go.

Bay 3:
Personal Vehicle Storage: $195,000
Weapon & Vehicle Workshop*: Will be choosen, if this option ahs been selected in Bay 2
Remarks: The vehicle workshop acts as a Personal vehicle storage. Just drive your vehicle in, exit the customization menu, and then exit the trailer. Ta Da, your vehicle is now in your Trailer.

There are also additional color choices, but I got too tired.
Here you go: http://gta.wikia.com/wiki/Mobile_Operations_Center

The MOC also allows both Front and Rear turrets to be installed, only after you researched the project.

Trivia
-Agent 14 states that its 2017, meaning that GTA Online has progressed through time, and your GTA Online Character has dominated the streets of Los Santos and dirt tracks of Blaine County.
-The DLC's release of June 13 is likely a reference to the many historic and recent warfare and military events, particularly the events during World War II, the United State's withdrawal from the Anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty, and the bombing of Al Askari Mosque, that fell on this day.

That's all for Chapter 3.
The End
I could not include this in their respective chapters, due to the word limitation.

Supply missions include:
-Entering Humane Labs, stealing a Railgun (I kid you not), and bringing it back to the Bunker.
-Destroying trucks. Only 1 contains the supplies.
-Taking out a rival gunrunning operation. Then Agent 14 tells you to collect the vehicle from the location he gave you.
-Stealing an egg from a crashed UFO Site, only can be triggered after 600 sales (601 to be sure) and occurs during 2100 to 2300. Though there is video evidence of this, I am still unsure whether to trust this info.
-Ambushing a convoy carrying the supplies. Shouldn't be too hard if you're Lvl 100 and above.
-Eliminate the altruists and steal their supplies.
-Infilitrate a yacht and steal the supplies.
-Taking down helicopters, only one contains the supplies.
- A member goes to the ruiner 2000 and divert cops, 2nd member delivers supply (Probability of cops chase)
- Team moves to airport, steal truck and juggernaut suit. Juggernaut is getting on truck and driver moves him to bunker (Helicopters and cars chase)
Thank you to rrrex for the info!
rrrex:http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/id/rrrrex

Sell missions include:
-Driving a Phantom Wedge with a trailer and ramming through police to reach the buyer. The trailer will be moved to a new location if flipped.
-Drive an Insurgent, hide from the police, reach the buyer. OR Reaching a drop point, defend, repeat.
-Drive a FAV, reach the drop locations. Enemies will come after you.
- Driving a Marshall and delivering product on top of mountains. Please use caution.

Let's end this, shall we?

Thank you for reading this guide, it took A LOT OF TIME to complete. As I've stated in the introduction, please give me postive or negative feedback, and like and favourite this guide for future reference.

My Thoughts
I thought that this DLC was a little disappointing, and unsatisfying. There was a lot that could have been done.

Biker's Business Model worked well because there were multiple businesses to handle, Gunrunning's Business Model is boring as it only has one business: Arms Supremacy. The CEO Business Model was the best, it was repetitive, but seeing that green grown in your virtual bank account serves as a motivation to keep going.

The supply missions are definitely fun, that's something R* did well. But the selling missions are lackluster.

The new vehicles are fun, but only with the researched projects.

Which brings me to my next point, the Research. What a huge mess it is. Why do you have to research these projects, why not do missions specific for that project instead of waiting for a bar to fill up. R*, you messed up.

The weapon upgrades are alright, but nothing exciting. More could have been done. There were too many liveries, it just made it boring to research.

The End
Thank you, once again, for reading this guide.

Thirty Real-life hours, to produce full stock
I thought that it's 33 in-game hours (So it's less of a punishment if greifers destroyed your shipment)

@Def thanks for the info! :-D
Def  [author] 15 Jan, 2018 @ 3:50am
@SUPER-TANK Yes. You can renovate your businesses and facility.
SUPER-TANK 15 Jan, 2018 @ 3:38am
Wait I have a question: If you brought a bunker but without buying any customization, can you acquire them later for the same bunker?
SUPER-TANK 15 Jan, 2018 @ 2:43am
The personnel quarters is a place that once added for the bunker, the owner will be able to set it as sawn point.
SUPER-TANK 15 Jan, 2018 @ 2:39am
Erm you should put the link to research not simply disruption logistics.
Def  [author] 6 Jan, 2018 @ 4:01pm
@Azif4 I've forgotten the sum. But as soon as something appears in product bar, I just sell immediately. By the time I finish and return to my bunker, another one should be ready.
PhudiSlayer Azif 6 Jan, 2018 @ 10:22am
like how small 5k,10k or like 50k or somethin
Def  [author] 5 Jan, 2018 @ 8:44pm
@Azif4 I usually camp the computer. Once I get even a small little stock, I will just sell it immediately. That's how I get only one vehicle.
PhudiSlayer Azif 5 Jan, 2018 @ 7:37am
I play these SOLO is there a way to get just one vehicle while selling?
