1. Don't play with Wifi.

2. Ensure your connection is stable.

3. Stop downloading torrents, porn, etc.

4. If after these steps, your connection is not stable yet, sue your ISP.

Yeah I used to think like @cptliquid before I switched my connection to a PLC a year ago and.... I was amazed with the change. Any electrical component can interfere with a Wifi connection and lose packets, something affordable in a MMORPG or even FPS games... but not in a fighting game.
