Thanks that fixed 6664 of 6666 for me :)

When I first opened the game none of the achievements started to trigger. Then I verified the game, but still. Deleting the file started unlocking achievements, but only 6664.

You can use pathi is this format:
%USERPROFILE%/AppData\LocalLow\BCHwaves

The Windows replace %USERPROFILE% value with correct profile path (i.e. it equals to "C:\Users\YourName")

This does not work !
Even after yesterdays "big update" of 1,4kb - you get the black screen hangers und still the last two achievements missing. May be it helps to go from the first achievement glitch around 2.220 to 6664 but not to 6666.
