Maybe it's time to chart an alternative to the Toyota Camrys. The redesigned Hyundai Sonata offers a refreshing look and the space to match. This Korean Sedan is sure to please your Cims waiting for an Uber as it offers superior comfort to the cramped compact cars typically on the road.

Note: the UBERS are all taxis.

Use Service Vehicle Selector or Service Vehicle Manager (my preferred utility) to set uber vehicles for your taxi depots.

Use Invisible Spawn Points to fine tune your spawning and create more realistic depots!

The major difference is that I redid some of the mapping for the CIM Taxi and then for the Uber I just converted to taxi after addition of logo and changing of illumination. There is no difference and it is cited as derived from the asset you mentioned. Further the civilian link even directs people to that asset you linked.
