ive enabled EVERYTHING there, nothing changed, i also havent found it there.
maybe my win7 license is the problem, as i "only" have the enterprice version

Check programs & feature on control panel, i knew it's there

there are no such things as legacy components on win7.. thats why i have asked for another fix
