[Modified] Fancy Studio Apartment (Difficult)

Same fancy studio apartment but more realistic requirements!
This should not affect the original mod.

Fancy studio apartment comes furnished to the highest standard.

The apartment utilities require electricity, water, gas and cable.
Trash and RECYCLE rooms are required. (The residents are now more fuzzy when they cannot dispose their garbage)
(I tried to fix this but still don't know why the requirement is not showing the recycling in the game, if you know how to fix this, please let me know. Thanks!)

HIGHER STANDARDS!
Services now required including handyman, plumber, home cleaning, dry cleaning and laundry room.
Facilities required: metro station, medium restaurants, medium stores, a greater variety of food and grocery stores as well as appliances and housewares.
Still costs 300 to build and pays around 400.

The room should provide some noise reduction.
The residents can only sit and read the newspaper, but no sleep animation.
