Who is wolf?
Wolf is one of the original payday gang member. He had a mental breakdown once, he could be happy-go-luck one second and mad as hell the next. But he is a smart guy who can do a bit of tricks. During the breakout of Hoxton, he even killed a bulldozer through his eyes with a drill. What an insane human being right?
Main feature of this build
  • High damage output for both primary and secondary
  • Spray panic among enemy (similar to stun)

Increases damage, reload speed, stability and aimming speed for shotgun
Gives us damage bonus and incoming damage reduction during close quater combat
Gives us damage bonus for shotgun and saws when will kill an enemy using those 2 weapons (+75%, 20 sec)
Gives you 25 armor when you perform a headshot
Increases you armor regen speed
Allows you to deal with sheld more easily
Allows you to wear the heaviest armor
Increase ammo capacity for all weapon
Gives you additional ammo capacity for saws (increase ammo and reduce wear down)
Allows you to bring 2 large size ammo bag
Technician
Ghost
Allows you to run faster and last longer
Fugitive
Cap your health to 30%
Reduces incoming damage by 25%
Increase your saw and melee weapon damage up to 250% (below 50% hp) (therefore always active with frenzy skill)
Increases you melee damage by 50%
Reduce incoming melee damage by 50%
Allows you to counter cloaker by charging your melee weapon
Perk deck
As it requires lot of close quater combat when you use the saw, taking damage is inevitable, perk deck used here will reduce the incoming damage so we can last longer in the combat.
Maniac
Funtion: gain a protection shield for whole team
protection shield (showed in blue color around your hp) will reduce incoming damage
How to activate: keeps dealing damage to enemy
Anarchist (if you have DLC)
Gives you 138 armor
Reduces you health by 50%
Immune to damage for 2 sec (15 sec cool down)
Dealing damage will regen your armor (10 armor) (1.5 sec cool down)
You will regen some your armor every once in a while even when you are taking damage instead of requiring you to hide and regen all armor

Nothing wrong with Maniac, actually a bit too powerful for me but no complaints from many other people too be honest.

Well, guess we finally got around to Character Builds (wondering if Armourer would work but OK?).
