technically if you have move it you can jus plop this right on top of the mail sorting facility n cheat to make it work like its part of the DLC, thats what i do...

@R69: Does this need any DLC? Got a user with some RICO errors in log and this seems likely cause.

When loading a save game this model is no longer clickable where previously placed, only happens with your Rico Models.
