At 0:46 there is a Care because there is a bank on the outside of the 2 Right that if you slip into you wil easily get your car stuck there.
At 2:26 there is a Caution because in the middle of the 2 Right, at least in my opinion because it is not very clear, the Caution is there because suddenly the road dips downwards and if you ignore that dip you will hit the fence on the outside.
In theory both hazards are OFF the track, although I remember some cautions about things on track.
