it will show up as RICO if you have that mod installed, else it's just a normal growable.

@Kliekie- Is this the growable version, RICO ready version or is it both? I don't want a RICO version of this you see, yet it is showing up as a ploppable RICO in game.

Love these apartment buildings, I am using the nursing home mod to build a gated retirement community and the buildings look so good together. I am also using the funny little people carrier to ferry the old folks around, it's very cool thank you :steamhappy:

Asset doesn't show up in Rico for me, although the two other buildings in the collection show up.

Also, do you know what mods might prevent spawning? I have quite a few, but nothing unusual.
