D-tails. If it doesn't work for you, change bUseThreadedAI= to bUseThreadedAI=1 DO NOT PUT IN iNumHWThreads=2 in the ini or default file in your F3 folder.
Run in compatibility for vista
Run as administrator

Oh, in Windows 10 Games for Windows Live replaced win Xbox Live... still down't help

It says-"connection error". Googled-got advised to download from Xbox site. But this site doesn't provide Games for Windows Live anymore :C
