@larry555203: I think this mod Mark-a-Route might enable you to do what you are asking. I've not worked with it yet so I don't know much more than the fact that this mod exists. On a more generic outlook this mod American RoadSigns v2.0.0 will give your road network an american theme without too much effort.

Sry but toady we start with germany, i think after this we can start all signs in US.
I think we need an year or maybe more. Think you need waiting for this. *irony off

Your advice is insane and crazy. Special signs like this wouldn't make any sense.
The real world has to much!
It is to special and this signs here will work for every city.

I like this highway signs I like to see more highway signs like I 95 north and I 95
South to New York and south Florida and more highway signs
