Ever wanted to password protect your game session without logging off?
Have an annoying sibling who plays your Gmod while you step away from the computer?

Introducing Gmod Locker!
This simple addon will let you instantly lock your game session after you set a password.
It also comes with multiplayer support so other players can see when you are locked via a small icon above your head.

If you forget your password in multiplayer, the server must be reset. For singleplayer just start a new game.
You can also unsubscribe from this addon if all else fails.


To set a password, use any of the methods below to open the main window, then type a password and press lock.
To instantly lock when you have a password, see any of the methods below:

• Chat: Say /locker to open the password window or /lock to instantly lock.
  
• Context: From the same place you change player model, press the lock icon to open the main window.
  
• Utilities: from the tool menu, navigate to Utilities>User>Locker to open the main window or instantly lock.
  
• Console: Use the 'lock' command to instantly lock, or 'locker' to open the main window. Example bind: 'bind l lock'

• Add server ConVars.
  
• Maybe implement themes.
