Tall and narrow office building with wide windows. Based on 30 E 23rd St. New York, NY. This is also unplanned asset while I was working on a bigger project...Nothing special but looks handsome in my opinion :)

Asset Info:

Growable - 1x3 - Level 3 Office Building
MODEL - 425 triangles with 512x1024 textures (d,c,i,n,s) (Updated:11/06/17)
LOD - 76 triangles with 128x256 textures (d,c,i,s)

The actual building is sandwiched by very-low rise buildings. Perhaps the reason why I got interested was because it stands unrealistic like you feel. I have some 2x3 or 3x3 Lv3 offices in mind to create so we'll see ;)

I love this asset, but it doesn't look entirely realistic "standalone"; as in, not sandwiched between two taller structures. Might it be possible to double (or even triple) the width of both buildings? Unless that's the bigger project itself... ;)
