Intro
This guide runs down the basics for each puzzles and has a description of what should be done to solve them. For the faint heart, I have used spoilers to hide each answer; so don't be afraid to scroll down! XD

Achievements
Most of the achievements are acquired by completing the story line and getting A+ scores; which you should be able to get with these puzzle solutions.

Other achievements include:

Animals
• A Helping Hans ~ Collect 10 Gophers (the brown rodent popping out of the ground)
• Hen Party ~ Collect 13 Gnatnobblers (blue birds)

Soda Cans
• Every Lil' Helps ~ Collect 15 soda cans
• Radical Recycler ~ Collect 50 soda cans
• Dam Buster ~ Find the Secret Soda can at the Dam
• Feed Me Seymour ~ Find the hidden cans in the potted plants
click the plants near Jeremiah's house, the flowers will wither and a can will appear
• You've Got Mail ~ Find the Secret soda can in the mail box
at some point, the mailbox near Jeremiah's house will be closed and the flag will be raised to tell you you have mail. Open it to find a soda can.
• LumberJack ~ Find the secret soda cans behind some logs
click piles of wood near Jeremiah's house to reveal soda cans

Puzzle 1: Jamtastic Bore
School Bus | 3000 Merits

You'll get this puzzle automatically at the beginning of the game
Move the cars around so that the school bus can reach the arrow on the other side

Puzzle 2: Oh What a Night
School Bus | 1000 Merits

Talk to Dwayne on the bus (sitting behind JJ)
Put the pictures in chronological order

Puzzle 3: Happily Ever Rafter
School Bus | 4000 Merits

Talk to Lafonda on the bus (sitting beside Jacob)
Move the chair until it is on top of the purple carpet

Puzzle 4: Super Fans
Nature Trail / 5000 Merits

After getting off the bus, talk to Lafonda
Once you've clicked each kid in the puzzle to get anecdotes about the Moonlight survey,
Figure out how many of the 10 million Moonlight fans like both Patriciano and Robison.

When ready, click submit and you'll be asked to enter your answer.

Puzzle 5: Grumpy Fowl
Nature Trail | 3000 Merits

Look at the bird house (near the bus)
Re-arrange the birds with the given information

Puzzle 6: Route Master
Nature Trail | 4000 Merits

Find and talk to Mr. Flommerty
Draw a route that visits every square and loops back to wherever you started

Puzzle 7: A Tent Situation
Nature Trail | 2000 Merits

After completing puzzle 6, keep walking straight and talk to Ms Truly near the tents
Re-arrange the tents to meet the following criterias:
  • 1 kid per tree
  • 1 kid per row
  • 1 kid per column

Puzzle 8: Bridge of Sighs
Nature Trail | 3000 Merits

After completing puzzle 7, look left and talk to Dwayne or Deathkill
Count how many squares are used to make this house

When ready, click submit to enter your answer

The bridge to the left should now be accessible!
Cross it and look around to find a seven-and-blah-blah tool, take it
Puzzle 9: Time for a Snack
Nature Trail | 5000 Merits

On your way back to the bus area, talk to Mr. Flommerty again (he should be looking at a pink bug)
Read the notes to figure out how many baby bugs there used to be

*This puzzle is unlocked after completing puzzle 6
*If puzzle 6 is done but you don't see the bug, leave area and come back
Puzzle 10: Symphony of Stone
Millstone Creek | 3000 Merits

After returning to the bus area, head towards the Millstone Creek
There will be a board of face-shaped stones, click it
The goal is highlight all the faces

*You can press reset if you messed up and need to restart

Puzzle 11: Picture Perfect
Mill | 2000 Merits

After completing puzzle 10, head to the next area
You will see a fence with a mailbox, click this road and you will see a house

Talk to Jeremiah Glupp inside the house
Re-arrange the pictures in chronological order, from oldest to newest

Puzzle 12: A Pair of Planks
Millstone Creek | 5000 Merits

Look at the planks crossing the river to the left of the house
Move the planks around to reach the other side
Can only move planks that are touching the plank you are standing on

Example
1. if you are standing on plank A and plank B is touching you, you can move plank A or B;
2. you are on plank A, plank B touches you, plank C touches plank B. You can move plank A, B or C.

This puzzle is unlocked after talking to Jeremiah Glupp in the Mill and finding out that his wife is buried across the river

Puzzle 13: Speaking Volumes
Millstone Creek | 3000 Merits

Head back to Jeremiah's house and enter the smaller room,
Talk to Jeremiah and use the seven-and-blah-blah tool to fix the water mill
Use the mill until your bigfoot is charged with positive energy

Get out of the house, walk straight and head to your right once you reach the mailbox
Walk in the river until you meet the Beavers

While your bigfoot is positive, talk to Miss Beaver to solve their electric problem
Miss Beaver should be holding a paper in her hands now, talk to her

Look at the drawing and figure out which color is used the most

if you don't have the seven-and-blah-blah tool

Watch the ghost cross the dam and finally rest in peace.
Puzzle 14: Trouble at Mill
Mill | 3000 Merits

Head back to the house and talk to Jeremiah again
Use the threads to fill up the board
Numbers on the bobbins represent how many squares it can cover

Example
If the bobbin says 6, it means you can use 5 squares + the x tile = 6 squares

Unlocked after completing
Puzzle 11 and helped out the Beavers

The end ?
After solving puzzle 14, get out of the house and head to the graveyard (the place where you had to move planks across the river). You can now see both ghosts resting in peace. Talk to Jeremiah's ghost and he'll remove the thorn flower fence so that you can (finally) walk towards the skull-shaped mountain!
