This is a port of the CSGO Demolition map, de_lake. In case you don't know the map and the screenshots aren't telling enough, it's a beautiful map of a lake-side house. The whole house can be explored, from the water garage to the bedroom with bathroom. Not only the house itself, but you can explore the whole area around the house, and swim in the lake itself. There's a small pier, a separate garage, a house under construction, and many trees and rocks all around. Very relaxing, perfect for yoga.

I've adapted the map to GMod but didn't add any areas (there was simply nothing to make accessible at all). So many of the props are now moveable and solid. I've worked a long time on making the shadows look best, I hope you enjoy the result. Also I've removed some of the more "restrictive" clip brushes, to allow for greater liberty.
