@Invader Yola -- Is there anyway you would consider updating this asset to replace the currently required Network Extensions 2 (NExt2) roads with suitable replacements from either this collection or one of the collections found in this guide? The roads in this collection and guide are 98% one-to-one replacements for the roads generated by NExt2.

NExt2 not only has conflicts with some other mods now, the roads themselves aren't really road assets, because the mod creates them. So the Loading Screen Mod provides no benefits to sharing textures, materials or meshes, thus using more RAM and potentially lowering performance (fps) for some players.

Great hub station, but can you convert some lines to an overground subway (not mom)?

Very nice hub, but could you please make this without the monorail track since I never use monorails in my town...

Hmm, this would be nice with more tram stops instead of the bus stops. Correct me if I'm wrong, but even if there are 4 slots for trams/busses to stop at, they won't be able to get past each other if there are too many. And personally I love trams waaay more than busses.

What section is this located in? Can't find the building in any of the tabs.
