Let me first say your build style has improved with every build. This one in particular has some really interesting design choices that I quite like. The TVs are a nice feature (really love how you choose to make them) and I like the deck seperation. I do also have some criticism but its mostly small stuff. First on the engineering deck I think you could benefit by using tubes instead of running everything with conveyors. Tubes save weight and look cooler. Second I would recomend some detailing around your forward thrust instead of it being flat with the trust sticking out. Last I think you could really benefit from adding another color or 2 in. A dark gray perhaps and maybe a specific color for the pipes. Some other coloring just to help make the green not shout so much. Some detailing could also benefit some areas but overall I do like where your style is going and I can't wait to see you develop it in further contests.
