This asset has been made with many mods in mind as when you place it in game you will notice its not decorated. The following mods will enhance the look and feel when used creatively:

Where is this found in game?
You can find this Building either under the level 2 Unique Building, or under high residential for the RICO mod. Also remember you can add this to any category you like with the RICO mod.

Do these assets require any props?
Well they don't technically require them but they look better with them. I've added the props to the required items.

Odd that content manager says Pearls from the East DLC is required for this model only. Great assets by the way :D People like you make the game worth it, thanks :)
