Yup, any mod that changes ages, like ones that change amounts produced, can be added or removed at any time.

Someone wanted it and it wasn't hard to do . If all you really want to do is build villages it's useful. If you want something approaching realism it's definitely not. The only time I use it is for testing new updates for population lag.
