This is my walkthrough of Prey. As usual it will be focused on achievements. General ones include I and Thou (empathy), Do No Harm (no kills), Psychometry (all/most TranScribes), Dear Future Self. However, in addition to these, I will also complete most if not all optional objectives, which will unlock their respective achievements.

 - Optional Objectives -
• Dr Kelstrup’s Neuromods - Starts automatically (0:08:30) with a call from Alex. Simply follow his instructions, it’s very easy.
Whistleblower (Part 1) - 
• The Psychotronics Prisoner - 0:34:00 You can choose what to do with the prisoner. +1 or -1 morality point depending on your choice. If you are on 1.03 Patch on PC, he shouldn’t run away from you like he did for me :D
• Million Dollar Caulk Gun - Starts when you loot Kristine Lloyd’s body as shown at 0:34:00. Her TranScribe will autoplay and enable the objective marker. You will have to exit to the Talos I Exterior to fix a Breach with your GLOO Gun as shown at 0:41:55. Then simply return to the door and explore the room, collecting the exotic material.
• The Corpse Vanishes (Part 2) - 0:38:45. You should be able to easily unlock that door with your crossbow. I don’t know why it didn’t work for me, the Operator ended up helping me. Simply loot Bellamy’s body to get the access key to his cabin crew. Not much you can do until later on in the game.

We Need to Talk About Annalise - 0:12:50 Note: I don’t listen to it immediately, but it’s taken automatically as far as I know. I then confuse it with the next TranScribe which I don’t play until few minutes after I have taken it.

The Volunteers - 0:25:20 Note: Plays at 0:28:05. Same as Mementos.
Mementos - 0:25:20 Note: plays at 0:28:50. Starts Whistleblower optional objective.
