Effixian's Chiss Disciple

A reskin of The Disciple that makes him look like a Chiss. It also changes his default clothing to an almost white version. There's no visible dark side transition. This is a simple reskin that shouldn't cause any conflicts with other mods.

There's no custom underwear included to match the blue skin, including that on Steam would replace all caucasian underwear.
