STOP WITH THE AGENTS.

So, I love epic clashes in semi-historical settings, this convinced me to play a capaign as the Seleucids on hard difficulty (meh) with the "A More Aggressive AI" mod and "Even more AI armies". While at the start it was pretty cool, by the time I had taken two Egyptian settlements, I couldn't move up through Egypt at all because of agent spam.
So I created this! Shoutout to Javatar who influenced me to with his mod that was meant to do the same thing but didn't work for me, probably because of the previously mentioned mods.
With this the AI should spend 0 denars on their agent's actions, however player agents have recieved no changes.
Is save-game compatible.
