Cim State University Campus by Moose Hugger

I was just messing with the asset editor and decided to share. This is supposed to be a larger university than the in game one. Larger universities typically have multiple buildings, so I threw some random buildings around the university to give it that look. I like to think of this being an expansion on the original university building.


The costs is about twice the normal university, but the maintenance is only about 50% more, so you do save some money in the long run using this building. The school also employs more high educated Cims, the idea being this is something akin to a big ten or Ivy league school (Though for a big ten, it would be even larger than this).
