He's still an angry old man despite that happy look on his face.

Also,I know his name on the preview image is mispelled.
This is a mod that I forgot about and decided to do again because,as quoted by CardboardLuigi, "I was actually looking forward to that. I would love to see that happen." So I decided to take this mod and port it to Bill.
He has everything from bile textures to viewmodel arms.
Of course,to give credit where it is due,CardboardLuigi rigged him to Coach,so credit to him for that.
Now go out there and solve solve those dang puzzles.
