You should upload it again, it works if you go to the workshop and then install it.
As a workaround, if you navigate to your folder...
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\255710\930279639 (or w/e yours is installed)
...you can find the LUT file. Put it in your C:S ColorCorrections folder and it should show up.
This is really weird.
Anyone else having a similar issue?
