Homecoming Order Playermodel and NPCs

Just another mod... you know what these are by now.

Little Stories for some dumb reason ( Hint it's filler for the desc. )

Story #1. The Combine saw the Homecoming Order as a potential threat when securing the area. They ended up sending some officers to take them out. They resisted and killed off the squad that was sent. They recorded the hanging of one of the officers and had one of their prisoners from the Rebels deliver it to them.

Story #2. The Order saw that an area northeast of their position was inhabited by some researchers and security that were enemies with them. The Order decides to send one of their elite soldiers for this task. He kills that front desk Guard then storms the door open, kills a researcher. A security guard draws out his pistol while 2 other researchers run away. The guard manages to kill the elite but at the cost of being wounded in the lower stomach area.

This mod includes :
- 2 NPCs ( A friendly and hostile )
- 1 Playermodel
- NPCs spawn with random bodygroups
- NPCs have custom health values
- NPCs spawn with default weapons ( shotgun, smg, and ar2 )
