X10 Medium Universal Thrusters

Beskrivelse
This is a universal version of my x10 Thruster mod - these thrusters are fully effective everywhere, both in space and on planets

Adds five 'Medium Thrusters' for both large and small ships in five colours.

Slowdown Factor (deceleration) has also been improved

Size and Power Consumpton of all Medium Thrusters are 2x that of original small ion thrusters, and are 10 times more powerful. Build Costs are slightly higher than 2x small ion thrusters.

Colours = Original Blue, Orange, Green, Purple, Red

100% effective both in space and on planets

The model is made by Keen Software House, who for some reason did not put them into the base game. Feel free to reuse it.


This is part of a series of mods aimed at rebalancing several aspects of Space Engineers. The goal is to bring many of the game's underpowered blocks up to reasonable levels, without making them overpowered. Most of these mods take the form of doubling or trebling the original values, but I will not be altering every block, only those I consider to be especially weak.

The Thruster make some funny thinks, accelerate himself, take engine off/on
any solutions ?

Actually this version is 100% effective in atmospheres. These thrusters should have the same power whether in space or on a planet.

Maybe you're both thinking of the other version of this mod?

Nice looking mod, but not powerful enough. Have to put too many on small grid miner to work properly on planet. Does ok in space.

Hmm i kinda still need to have every side covered in thrusters, did something go wrong with them or do i just worry too much about how stuff looks compared to power/thrust?.
