How to fix WIC start up crash

ok its easy to fix all you need to do is go to C:\Users\ Your user name \Documents\World in Conflict\Savegames and delete the saves. what happens is that if you play campaing with mods on it brakes the game so beat the game with out mods and replay them or just play with bot. hope this helps.






p.s. dont save the game with mods and turn them off before leaving the game

WiC doesn't recognize more than 4(8? - it's been a minute since I've played) logical processors, so the game will crash.
- Open the run command window (Windows + R), then type msconfig.
- From there, select the Boot tab, then select advanced options.
- Click the check box next to Number of Processors, then select 4 (or 8) from the drop down menu.
- Click Ok, then click OK again. Restart your computer.
- Once your computer is restarted, run the game.
- When you're done, you have to uncheck the box next to number of processors and restart your computer again.

Yes, it's a pain, but hopefully this helps people as this game is amazing.
